I have been doing Kelee Meditation for a couple of years now, working with my meditation teacher and coach from the Kelee Foundation. Before finding this practice, I tried unsuccessfully for many years to integrate meditation into my life.
When I heard that this method only requires about 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening, I thought, “This is doable … I’m going to try this.” So, I made the commitment to stick with it and follow the guidelines in Ron Rathbun’s book, The Kelee: An Understanding of the Psychology of Spirituality. With the support of my meditation coach, I meditate regularly and it is an important part of my life.
The quiet centering helps me to be more present in the now, more receptive to my inner guidance, more peaceful and optimistic. I highly recommend this practice. Keeping things simple, understandable, practical, and straightforward is so important and Ron has done this with Kelee Meditation.
Many years ago I wrote a book called Eater’s Guide: Nutrition Basics for Busy People. I think of the Kelee as “meditation basics for busy people.” Even though the time commitment is small, the benefits have been large. Doing this practice regularly has had a very positive impact on my life. I am grateful.
