Your immune system is your first line of defense in the human body. In early primitive man it was about “survival of the fittest.” Those who were the most intelligent and the most physically fit (as determined by the strongest genes i.e., deoxyribonucleic acid [DNA]) survived.
Today it is still your DNA in the physical that’s important. However, it is not the most intelligent today that will dominate but the wisest, more aware beings that will lead the way. This wisdom is harmony of being and is found through understanding not only how to develop intelligence in the intellect, but also through perception into deeper states of mind.
The biggest culprit in crashing your immune system is an unstable conscious awareness. In an outward sense, without understanding the consequences of your actions, lack of awareness occurs, which causes stress and mental disharmony. In an inward sense, without awareness of mind, you can be overtaken by your compartments, which can crash your immune system. Stress, anxiety, and depression are usually involved here.
