Effects of Kelee Meditation

Stress: Stress occurs when you feel unprepared to deal with life situations.  It manifests as sensory overload on one’s nervous system, which either leads into anxiety or depression, depending on how you deal with it.  Stress can affect every system in the body.  It can be dissipated by detaching into a calm mind that does not loop.

Anxiety:
Anxiety manifests as excessive nervous energy in the central nervous system.  It is when you have the energy to do something but lack the understanding of knowing what to do (i.e., you worry or become fearful). Anxiety can affect the nervous system and the entire physical body. Anxiety can be dissolved through Kelee meditation.

Depression:
Depression manifests when you do not feel good about yourself and you turn on yourself. This causes a drop in electrochemical energy in the physical body and limits your mental ability because of a lack of energy. Depression can affect every system in the physical body.
