Medicine and the mind

Everyone’s mind has a storehouse of medicine contained within it, it has been with us since our existence as human beings. What each person needs to know, is how to find and open the door to it. This knowledge is very old, and yet surprisingly new to many, and more natural than you may think. Do you know how to access it? Ron :)

How to be unaffected by what bothers you.

If you want to Learn … how to be unaffected without blocking out emotional pain, this is the how and why of it.  When your conscious awareness can detach out of brain function and enter into the greater Kelee at one pointed stillness, you temporarily break all attachments to pain.  How you learn to be unaffected/detached, is by being at a still point in mind.  Why this works, is because when you come out of a still point, the first thing you sense is the beautiful space of your Kelee.  The space of the Kelee is always peaceful and allows you to feel the beautiful space without being attached to it.   The space of non-attachment which is detachment, allows you to be in a beautiful space.   This is how to not be affected by the world around you.

I just answered this question for someone who is in a lot of emotional pain. What I am explaining I see all the time. This state of being unaffected/detached cannot be done through the intellect, it can only be accessed in mind from learning to be still of mind.   Ron :)

Your health and processing

Did you know … when you’re processing, you’re actually healing. For those who do not know what processing is, it’s when your mind can detach from your pain and begin to allow it to heal without interference from your negative thoughts fueling it. Fueling negative thoughts is called looping and what you do not want to do. There is a choice, degrade your health by looping or process pain out and heal.  Ron :)

Being pure about your Practice.

This is for all practicing KM students … there is a reason why you are not to trip out while in the greater Kelee when doing your practice.  When you drop your CA into the greater Kelee, but do not get still, you will keep yourself placed at a static point of experience, which means you will not develop!   To continue developing, you must access a still point of mind.  It is this still point of mind that allows you to continue to access deeper states of awareness.  Remember, the mind opens you to experience … a still point of mind, opens you to develop.   Be pure about your practice, and your perception of life will be pure.  Stillness of mind is purity and it is stillness that opens you to experience all that life has to offer.  Ron,  The Kelee Foundation

The mind and regeneration.

This is quite interesting.  Did you know … that there are thought-form images in your mind that can actually restore youth?   This was brought to my attention when I was in the UCSD class.  These thoughts are not memories, they are thought-form images that exist in the Kelee that cannot be accessed until you have all three parts of your mind co-operating.  It is very advanced to be sure, but something worth working toward.  I can tell you this, it all starts by allowing your mind to open to the moment absent of compartments.  Ron :)

Here’s a Kelee health tip:

Do not take vitamins when you’re processing. The reason is that your liver and kidneys are already processing emotion i.e., stress hormones. Taking vitamins at this time puts an excessive load on your system unnecessarily. The best thing you can do when you’re processing is be kind to yourself and keep hydrated. Ron :)

Mental health Insurance

The best health insurance you can have is a harmonious mind. Here’s why! Science right now is trying to understand what turns on the wrong genes that cause disease. The answer is simple and complex … harmony turns on healthy genes and disharmony turns on unhealthy ones. Where are you in this spectrum and what are you doing about it? Ron :)

Relax the mind

When you’re stressed in your mind … you receive less. When you’re relaxed in your mind … you receive more. Hmmm … receive more or less out of life. I would say, relax, then learn to go a little deeper into stillness of mind and get the most that life has to offer. Ron :)

Letting go of tension.

There is enough tension in the world … without you being tense first. This you have the power to change … by doing KM. Ron :)
